Improvers ballet studio class – 16 years and over

We recommend you wear comfortable clothing (not too loose) and soft-soled ballet shoes. We also recommend having some water with you to stay hydrated throughout the class.

We require you to make us aware of any health issues that may impact your participation via a short form when you sign up for the class. If you are pregnant, have an injury or an existing medical condition we recommend that you seek professional advice before booking and attending a class.
