We’re supporting Let’s Dance, led by Angela Rippon who is on a mission to get the nation dancing.

Let’s Dance is a national campaign to inspire everyone in the UK to embrace dance as a way to improve their health, connect with others, and have fun. Founded by Angela Rippon CBE, the campaign is supported by leading organisations including the Sport and Recreation Alliance, NHS, and Parkinson’s UK.

Our fun online classes on Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 March 2025 aim to support the physical, mental and social wellbeing of people living with MS or Parkinson’s. No dance experience is required, and the movement is fully adaptable to meet your needs.
