Our values underpin our Vision and Mission.

We strive to hold these values in balance; bringing them to life for our stakeholders – our company, audiences, supporters and communities – in everything we produce and deliver.

Innovation

We are pioneers in our art form. We are willing to be bold and take risks that often others don’t. We learn from play and failure. We adapt and stay relevant.

Inclusion

We welcome everyone. We listen to all voices and actively remove barriers to make our world as accessible as possible. We ask who is missing, seek them out and welcome them in.

Excellence

We always strive to be our best. We make the effort and take pride in what we do. Our success is built on skill, dedication and commitment to our craft.
