Regenerate on-line classes, 60 years and over

For these online classes please  wear comfortable clothing (not too loose) and soft-soled ballet shoes or have bare feet.   We recommend having some water with you to stay hydrated.

You will need to be in a clear space where you can move your legs and arms freely and something to act as your ballet barre;  a sturdy chair or a kitchen counter top.

We require you to make us aware of any health issues that may impact your participation via a short form when you sign up for the class. If you have an injury or an existing medical condition we recommend that you seek professional advice before booking and attending a class.
