Let's Dance Free Classes
Dance for MS and Parkinson's
We’re supporting Let’s Dance, led by Angela Rippon who is on a mission to get the nation dancing, so they can enjoy the physical and mental benefits, by offering free trials of our online neurological classes.
These fun classes on Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 March 2025 aim to support the physical, mental and social wellbeing of people living with MS or Parkinson’s.
No dance experience is required, and the movement is fully adaptable to meet your needs.
‘As a total non-dancer, SB Elevate® has opened my mind and confidence to enjoy dancing. I feel that my body is responding so well to the different moves and my brain is challenged to embrace the instruction’
– SB Elevate® participant
Each class is led by a team of dance health specialists and volunteers and is accompanied by live music. The session lasts around 1 hour and 30 minutes and includes a variety of seated and standing movements.
To be able to join a hybrid class online, all you will need is a computer or mobile device such as a tablet. On the day of your class, you will be emailed a link that will take you directly to the class.
