Self-Care Programme
At Webster Memorial Theatre, Abroath
Dance is a fun way to help with balance, co-ordination and mobility for people living with Parkinson’s and MS.
Join Scottish Ballet’s renowned Dance Health programmes for free, at weekly dance sessions at Webster Memorial Theatre, Arbroath.
Led by our experienced Dance Health artists, these interactive classes will be delivered in person and online, feature gentle movements inspired by Scottish Ballet’s repertoire, and uplifting live music.
No dance experience is required, and the movement is fully adaptable to meet your needs. These sessions are seated with the option to stand if desired and you are welcome to bring along a companion.
I cannot praise the class enough. It’s great exercise, fun and my social event of the week. Leaders and music lift my spirits every time I’m there. ’
