What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join Scottish Ballet’s Advancement team.
Responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-level corporate partnerships, your focus on income growth and retention will support our work on stage, on screen and in communities.
You will be highly skilled in relationship management and able to deliver exceptional corporate partner events.
This role is key member of a small and dynamic partnerships team where everything we do aligns with Scottish Ballet’s values of excellence, innovation and inclusion. Our corporate partnerships are crafted with genuine purpose and designed to achieve mutual benefit.

What you need to know
Our vacancy is for Senior Partnerships Manager supporting the Advancement Team.
In a nutshell, this role is best suited to someone who has:
- A track record in the identification, cultivation and stewardship of high level partnerships.
- Experience of working with Corporate Partners in a fundraising environment.
- Experience in creating flexible and tailored solutions suited for the evolving business needs of existing and prospective partners.
- Outstanding event management and networking skills alongside the ability to represent Scottish Ballet at the highest level at events and stakeholder meetings.
- Advanced relationship building skills with a honed ability to draw on creative problem solving as needed.
- Flexibility of personal commitments to accommodate business needs including travel and attending performances and other events including evenings and weekends.
It’s a full-time, permanent role:
- Salary is £39,000 to £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- The role is full-time, around 35 hours per week.
- Working hours will be flexible, with evening and weekend work applicable to touring schedules, events and business requirements.
- The role is primarily based in our Glasgow HQ and includes extensive touring both nationally and internationally.
