Age on Stage Workshop with Charlotta Öfverholm – 60 years and over
Charlotta Öfverholm is currently a guest artist with Scottish Ballet in our new production of Mary, Queen of Scots playing Elizabeth I of England.

The workshop begins with simple warm up activities, followed by guided sessions, duets and explorations of movement in a supportive, joyful environment. The session will end in a choreographed segment, using different elements to create a small piece.
Friday 19 September 11.15am-12.40pm – no dance experience required.
