Love to dance? Then audition for Scottish Ballet’s Associate Programme.

Applications for 2025-2026 are now open!

Auditions will take place at Scottish Ballet’s studios in Glasgow – 10/11 May (Juniors), 25 May (Mids) and 31 May (Seniors).

Closing dates for applications – 28 April (Juniors) and 5 May (Mids/Seniors).

The Associate Programme provides classically based training for students from Primary 5 to Secondary 5. Our aim is to develop confident, dedicated and motivated dancers by supplementing the training provided by local dance teachers.

There are three points of entry:

Junior Associates – P5, P6 & P7
Mid Associates – S1 & S2
Senior Associates – S3, S4 & S5

Please note: Students should only apply for the appropriate level e.g. a student entering S3 in August is not eligible to apply for Mid Associates.

Entry to the programme is by annual audition only.
