Page Navigation

Join us online for a Dance for Parkinson’s (Dance for PD®) class with David Leventhal, one of the founding teachers of the programme at Mark Morris Dance Group and winner of multiple awards for his work in the field.

The Dance for Parkinson’s programme aims to improve balance, spatial awareness, confidence and fluidity of movement.

As part of the Healing Arts Scotland Glasgow Day, this movement session will last around 1 hour, featuring live music and will include a variety of seated and standing movements. It will be followed by a half hour Q&A session.

You should wear comfortable clothes and socks with grips, bare feet, or indoor shoes.

If joining online, a link to the class will be sent to you on the morning of the class.
