Beginners ballet online  – 16 years and over

For these online classes please  wear comfortable clothing (not too loose) and soft-soled ballet shoes or have bare feet.   We recommend keeping some  water close by to stay hydrated.

You will need to be in a clear space where you can move your legs and arms freely and to have something to act as your ballet barre;  a sturdy chair or a kitchen counter top.

You are required to make us aware of any health issues that may impact on your participation via a short form when you sign up for the class. If you are pregnant, have an injury, or an existing medical condition we would recommend that you seek professional advice before booking and attending a class.
