What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Find joy in the journey. I feel in this career I always focus on the result or the next goal, but this advice has helped me to be present, be accepting, and enjoy learning from my mistakes.
What’s your favourite ballet to watch?
Ghost Dances by Christopher Bruce. It is so unique and atmospheric, it had me on the edge of my seat
What’s your favourite ballet to perform?
I absolutely loved performing Highland Fling by Matthew Bourne. It was great fun to dance, and every show felt so rewarding.
What’s your dream role to perform?
Juliet in Romeo and Juliet by Sir Kenneth Macmillan. It’s a character that goes through so many emotions on stage, it must be a thrilling experience
What do you like to do on your days off?
Relax, go on walks, get coffee with my friends.
What’s your hype song?
Mr. Blue Sky by ELO. I love to play it before a show, it instantly makes me happy and energised
What’s the best thing about going on tour with the company?
Being able to experience new places with my friends and share what we do at Scottish Ballet with the world!
