For the online classes you will need to be in a clear space where you can move your legs and arms freely and have something to balance with; a sturdy chair or a kitchen countertop.
For both classes please wear comfortable, but not too loose, clothing. In the studio please wear soft-soled ballet shoes. For the online classes, you could wear either soft-soled ballet shoes or bare feet. We recommend having some water to stay hydrated throughout the class.
It is very important you make us aware of any health issues that may impact on your participation, by completing the short form requested when booking the class.
If you have an injury, or an existing medical condition we would recommend that you seek professional advice before booking and attending a class. If you are unsure about anything, please contact: classes@scottishballet.co.uk
