Administration Assistant

What we’re looking for

Are you a highly organised, motivated people person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for the arts? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Advancement Team (Fundraising).

What you need to know

Our vacancy is for an Administration Assistant to enhance the Advancement team’s effectiveness by providing high-level administrative support including organising bespoke events for patrons, donation processing and touring admin.

In a nutshell, this role is best suited to someone who has:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and written skills.
  • High level administrative experience within a fast-paced environment.

 

It’s a full-time, permanent role:

  • Salary is between £25,000 and £26,000 per annum dependant on experience.
  • The role is full-time, around 35 hours per week.
  • The role is primarily based in our Glasgow HQ with requirement to tour around the UK.

This role is part of the Advancement Team (Fundraising) and reports to the Director of Philanthropy.
